13.65 for order you did not manage to get right... Egg McMuffin asked for cheese ham no egg... Got home with it egg no ham... one hash brown and asked for two donuts they were not in the bag... Hot chocolate was awful. Every time I go to your location manage to screw everything up... Abysmal.. Whly do people buy your food!!! I should get a refund...
I was totally unhappy with service I was trying to make my order and they kept putting in fries in my order and then making the drink smaller, I had to do the order 3 times to get 1 burger and a large pop, then I wanted to see what hot specialty drink was and they started telling me what burgers were on the value menu???
Absolute worst service, attitude like you wouldn't believe and absolutely no common sense! I feel like maybe this is a training location or where employees go that simply lack Andy sort of customer service experience or are just bad at it...
