Terrible service especially by server name Ellie. Very rude and disrespectful, if you plan on going here: don’t. Please find better workers.

I'm a regular customer at this Tim Horton's location, and have been to many others in Niagara Falls. While many have good service and quality products, this location is one of the more remarkable stores, their baked goods are always fresh, as is the other menu items. The staff are pleasant, inviting and sincere during each interaction, creating a comfortable and valuable exchange. They're courteous nature sets an encouraging environment that extends beyond standard welcoming.
