They are misleading customers, when you book they start changing what actual service they will provide. They try to get you and then try to upsell you. Dont waste your time on trying to keep them to their word! This is before they even came, i can only imagine the stories they would spin once they showed up... On top of it when i pointed out this lie, somehow he decided to call me a liar and a cheater.
I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.
Seriously?

I was in Toronto for a week. Needed my car detailed. So I went here. This place is great! This is the second time I have taken my 2003 black VW Passat there for detailing and it is the best detail job I have every had on it, and the price is lower than the other places I have gone. Excellent job, thorough, professional. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants their car looking terrific.
Professional staff and great work. I took my black Acura MDX with the purpose of getting rid of the swirlmarks caused by washes and the previous owner. Black is hard to maintain so I can't expect flawless paint. But it was a world of a difference when I got it back. I detail myself so I was hesitant in paying someone else.But I knew it would be in better hands with better equipment. This is the first time I got any of my vehicles detailed & it won't be the last. These guys are AMAZING! Best car detailing in Toronto. I practically live out of my car (for work) so it's a mess. I have had it for 12 years and I have NEVER gotten it detailed. I brought it to AAA and figured it couldn't hurt to have them scrub it down.
Om. My. Gawd. My car looked brand new ! Also, upon inspection they found an open and spilled container of marshmallow fluff in the back seat Once they were done cleaning it you could even tell the sticky mess had ever been there!
Best detailing in Toronto I ever had. I literally didn't clean my car for like 2 years and I have accidentally spilled coffee inside my coffee holder, my friend's dog vomited on the back seat once and her hair was everywhere on the carpet ( yes she loves my car). The staff here is professional and amazing. They get everything done and I was shocked to see how my car could be like. Pet hair fee will be charged but not as much as I thought it would be like.
