Camarra was born in 1922, in the pictureseque valleys of Central Abruzzo, Italy. Over the next four decades, the family carrying forward the business that was started by their mothers, built a reputation for fine food. After moving to Canada in 1958, the Camarra family decided to continue their long tradition of bringing authentic Italian cuisine to our tables. Over the years the restaurant grew quickly by word of mouth and their loyal costumers have shown a consistently great appreciation for Camarra's food for over fifty years.

Best lasagna (other than my own) ever! The caesar salad was excellent too. Worth a try. The only problem is the lack of parking...you can make it work.
a quick working lunch can be so much more! fantastic fast pizza choices, many vegetarian. the dough is fluffy, like foccacia. so delicious! the server wasn't overly helpful but did agree to make some substitutions for us. service was quick and food hot and unique.
I have going/ordering pizza from Camarra's for over 10 years and I have not found a place that compares.
I went one Saturday night with friends & family for Camarra's 50th anniversary and it was as usual the best.
I arrived with the whole family. The 6 of us were told that they lost our reservation and we could expect a 45 minute wait. Our kids were getting restless and complaining that the were hungry, so we went across the street to feed them pizza slices. Eventually we got a table in the back of the restaurant. Right away our server was very rude. We felt like we were taking up her time. Our drinks took a long time and our food took even longer. When the food did arrive my mother was served the wrong dish. The server acted like it was our fault and said that she would try and fix it, but did't know how long it would take. When my mother finally got her dinner most of us had already finished eating. We were then very promptly presented with the bill without being asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. Needless to say, we were eager to leave anyway. I will never return or recommend Camarra's to any of my friends.
The food was absolutely top quality, fresh and well made. The soup was the best I have had, Minestrone!! The service was top notch and the atmosphere was wonderful. Our waitress was very pleasant; in fact, all the staff were friendly and attentive. One of the best meals ever. Highly recommended. It's also the only place
Leave room for the desserts, they were out of this world. Their where 4 of us and we order 1 of each and shared. We definitely will go back again.
I must add excellent wine selection.
