In and out very fast. Sharon helped us through the process. She was amazing and very kind. She really cares about people and it was nice to feel that way after getting into a collision.

Twice in the past year, my car has been hit - thank goodness neither time was my fault or I would be broke now. At the CRC? THESE PEOPLE WORK HARD TO GET YOU IN AND OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. I do not know their names but there is one woman who walks about helping the lost souls trying to fill out the forms. She is great! We are all in our worst possible state yet they make this a much less stressful experience. Thank you!
