    Absolutely horrendous. Do not order from this company! I order a gift basket and not only they failed to deliver the item on regular business hours, they sprung a delivery charge on my when I requested them to reattempt delivery. No where on their website states delivery charges for reattempt delivery. When I enquired about the refund, I was told they will refund 50% instead of the full refund for their mistakes! Do not buy from this company! They are a real fraud an are out to get out!

    No customer support. Ive tried email, online chat and calling - no response. My family spent $400 on a gift for my birthday. They were already heartbroken that they couldnt be with me due to covid and now I couldnt even receive their gift.

    If wish I would have visited review pages before I ordered from Hazelton’s. 96% negative feedback is telling. Unfortunately, my experience with this company is along the same lines. They sent out the wrong sympathy basket. A colleague lost his wife and they included the wrong enclosure. Then they contacted my colleague to advise they would re-ship another basket and to leave the 1st basket outside his door. WRONG, WRONG. Their customer service staff are unprofessional!

    I ordered at $200 basket to be delivered on the same day, as it was a birthday gift. The package contained fruit and a cakelet. The package arrived 6 days later. Naturally, the cake and fruit had spoiled and had melted on the other products.They had not marked the package as perishable. My and my husbands attempt to get any kind of reimbursement / apology / acknowledgement of responsibility from Hazelton was continually met with complete denial and disregard. They were rude and dismissive

    Don’t waste your money ! they take advantage of the fact that whoever receives the baskets does not know what was bought and will not complain about what they received! I bought 12 red and white roses and my friend received another DEAD flowers

    WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. If I could rate them -1, I would. Ordered a 10 Caramel Pecan Cheesecake for Valentines Day. We received a PECAN PIE smudged into PIECES. When we called about it, they promised our Caramel Cheesecake to be redelivered. 10 days go by and we did NOT receive anything. Had to call again after two weeks, was promised a credit instead. It has now been a month and I have NOT received anything. This company is run by LYING and RUDE customer service. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

    Horrible experience. I purchased a customized basket, and the only things they delivered as selected were the beers and a balloon. Other than that, they changed the entire order with no explanation. Once I complained, they closed the argument by saying there are some circumstances that require our production department to substitute products with similar products of equal value due to unforeseen situations. The substituted products were not similar, and there is no way to validate their value.

    They lack the ability to follow up and triage customer issues. If you choose to order from this company please ensure you use PayPal as the method of the payment to help facilitate any disputes that may occur. They do not have a customer service model that can support basic inquiries and requests. Multiple calls, emails and contacts through PayPal WITHOUT a response. The reps that answer the phone are not empowered to make basic decisions. Requests to speak to a manger denied. Dont buy.

    I paid for a custom basket for a diabetic senior and asked for soft fruits like banana and mango, and I paid and extra 15 dollars US for a singing ballon. Almost 90 dollars total and they sent a basket full of APPLES AND CHOCOLATE....and a basic balloon. I paid 90 dollars for a basket of garbage that the recipient was not able to eat! Their excuse was that they can substitute for “like items” without even letting me know?! How on earth is chocolate and apples anywhere close to soft fruit and spe

    I received a gift for my birthday - it came in an unmarked box and was left out on the steps in the -15 Canadian weather. So you can imagine to my surprise when I opened it and it was flowers! All of which had perished. It took me over a week to receive a solid response from the company and at the end of the day I was left with poor customer service and a bouquet of perished flowers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    i ordered 5 gift baskets for some very important customers. I believe only two out of the 5 where actually delivered. I've been trying to contact the company daily via phone and email. I can't get through and no one is replying to my emails. Ive sent 10 emails in total and called around 20 times. My only option is to call mastercard and dispute the charge. I really cant believe a company can operate like this. To top it off I used the same company last year with no delivery issues. BUT they put

    DIsgusting customer service & incorrect order sent out. I finally got through to customer service today (after 5 days of calling repeatedly) and was told there was nothing to be done. I was not offered a credit or refund of any kind – a first time customer that spent $1100. When customer service asked “Well, what do you want me to do?” and I said “I want the gift baskets sent out correctly, with the message” she laughed hysterically and hung up the phone on me.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I ordered a $370.00 gift basket to be delivered to a relative and it was never received. I tried calling and emailing but received no response. I had to have VISA credit this purchase back to my card and they issued a dispute ticket which will be sent to the owner's bank informing them as to why these monies will not be credited to the owner's bank account. READ ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY!!!

    I do not recommend this company. I ordered a Christmas basket on a Tuesday choosing a Thursday delivery and my friend did not get it. I just found out it will not be delivered until 5 days AFTER the delivery date. This company needs to be upfront with their delivery. THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON TINME AND THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. WHY ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS! and now I can't get them on the phone to even try to see if I can get an earlier delivery.

    After my wife ordered a gift basket, we received something similar to the order, but with several missing items. We were offered a partial refund, and were told we would receive it promptly. After two weeks, no refund was forthcoming. Do NOT trust these guys!

    What a waist of a company, they asked for more money to ship flowers for someone that is in the hospital. we pay the extra $60 to have it delivered and it was to be in the today. i learned it will not arrive now until 11 days late. I do not suggest using this company. i have all the emails to back up the conversations. As a consumer i would suggest staying away from this company.

    Customer Service doesn't exist

    Their products look great on the website. They ask the right questions, and make it easy to order. Too bad everything falls apart there. Even reasonable service I would have accepted. I highly recommend you search the BBB (1/5 stars with F rating). Too bad I did that after the fact!
