I will Rate F MINUS and even Lower to North York Eye Associates. This rating goes to the Eye Center and not for the Doctors there. Today (Friday 2020/01/24), I have experienced Very Bitter Experience with them. This Customer Representative / Associates (CR / CA) calls after 5pm to cancel and reschedule an appointment which was set for January, Monday 27th. She was not able to communicate well, Very Unprofessional. No reasoning made sense to her. She started setting RULES & TERMS. VERY RUDE
