Horrible customer service. Very incompetent staff that was unable to help even after I provided product information they were missing. It took 6 months to ship my parts and they ended up wrong. Does not have a help phone line and their email service is slow and inefficient. STAY AWAY.

Terrible experience with customer service.

My Borla order arrived a day later than TDot estimated. The parts were complete and box undamaged. Will use them again.

Ordered hawk pads and they were in stock. I got them in 4 days...My rotors were according to them was "special order" but I got them in 3 weeks... They were quick to let me know the timelines which reduced my anxiety of buying car parts from an online store.

Got my Magnaflow from these and it shipped from Toronto to me (Oshawa) in 3 days. Box was not damaged and included all hardware to install.

Called customer service about a suspension issue I was having and after some discussion they suggested an affordable fix would be timbren and under $300. My truck feels much more stable and sharp!

I tow a trailer and my truck was sluggish on acceleration. I spoke to Victor and he suggested I get a tuner. I decided on the Bully Dog and what a difference. The guys seem knowledgeable. 

Very bad business practice. Stay away
