What a joy to drive my car again! Special thanks to Vito, Isabella, and Isabella at Complete Auto Body and Collision, to restore my car after what I thought was a minor dent. However, the backup camera underneath a rear lens was broken and the damage was more extensive than could be visually seen before opening the sides of my auto.
The staff at Complete Auto Body is professional and supportive of their clients through their restoration process.

I don't normally write a review but I had to on this one. I got a referral from Lexus of Oakville to fix a door handle. After 4 long visits and an $8000 bill to the insurance which was a "complete auto body" robbery in my eyes. The loaner car battery died and alternator was faulty ,left me stranded with no help from staff to accommodate the situation. I had to call my CAA service to fix their old car which is so wrong. I would look elsewhere before going to this establishment. Be Aware.. Thanks.

brought in my car to get some scratches fixed, not only did it take hours to accommodate to look at my car but they had a horrible attitude towards their costumers and were very useless with a way overpriced estimate. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.

I just wanted to commend them for their professionalism and quality. Asides from fixing the minor cosmetic damage, they also refilled my engine fluids, changed my oil, and shampooed my interior floor mats and they used only genuine OEM parts, the car looks nicer than when we bought it.
