We waited for 10 minutes before we got seated at a near empty restaurant at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. Another 15 minutes before a waitress Took our drink order. It became apparent other patrons were either complaining or leaving as our only waitress was tending to every table, bar AND clearing for the entire restaurant. No other staff to be found, as they were all in the back. Felt very badly for our waitress as she had no support. Very disappointing. We will not be returning.

I arrived to the restaurant at 5:08 I didn't receive my food until 6:36pm. Definitely not coming here again worst service ..... Wasn't even that busy. I ordered wings and nachos didn't know those two items take an hour and half to cook up. Very disappointing especially for a Saturday night.

Low Quality Food at High Prices

Have eaten here twice for no choice of my own and both times it was a total let down in terms of service and food. Heres one visit: Most of the food is not fresh and is obviously pre-made shipped to the store and just reheated there. Think TV dinner. The Fettucini sauce was cold, flavorless and overly salty. Like so salty I had to stop on the way home and chug a bottle of water. The garlic bread which I couldn't really taste much garlic that came with it was also cold and and it was obvious it had been sitting out for a while. The salad was the cheap flavorless iceberg lettuce and only a small handful of toppings. Bad value. All three of us were very unimpressed by our meals or the overall experience. Service was below average and our server looked miserable and made no attempt at a smile or small talk. When she asked if we wanted any beer or wine we said not tonight and ordered soda water and she made a face. She muttered something about it being 'Friday night' as she walked away after taking our order. Kind of rude. No one asked how our meal was and our bill was brought before anyone asked us if we wanted dessert of coffee. Nice. You could tell they were trying to clear out the non-drinkers that night in a hurry. Sadly Kelsey's is just another example of churn and burn chain restaurants serving low quality mass produced processed foods at pretty high prices and offering nothing more than rushed, impersonal service. Family owned single location restaurants are the only way to go for fresh food and great service at the SAME PRICE as these chain places and thankfully there are still some of those left around.

Okay, but not great

I came here with my family for a decent meal. The waitress was very nice and had good manners and wasn't rude. The hamburger I ordered was little dry, but it still tasted okay. The atmosphere is pretty good, but crowded, that probably me and my family came there on a weekend.

Service - ok, food, below average.

Had ordered bruschetta which was ok, but mashed potatoes and veggies were cold, steak was fatty. The mushrooms were obviously canned although they say "sauteed". Ribs were nothing special by any means. Everything was quite bland. In comparison to other food chains like it, below average.

The food was fine and...

Well what can you expect from Kelsey's? It was all good...not great, but good. I don't like how this Kelsey's has one big open dining area only. However, the saving grace of the evening was the magician (whose name escapes me, maybe Chris) who did amazing things while we waited to eat. My husband and I enjoyed it more than the kids. We will go back to see him Thursday night again for sure.

We were celebrating our son's 24th birthday. We were a party of 4. The food was excellent. The service was fabulous and friendly. The waiters name was Bronco I believe. Bronco even brought us a lava chocolate cake with 4 forks as a surprise. I have not been to a Kelsey's restaurant for many years. The whole evening was wonderful and special because we were also enjoying our son's birthday. We will be back. Thank you

I have a severe allergy to spices. Garlic especially. Our waiter was quite rude, non chalant, served each person the wrong drink. When we said that there was a severe dairy allergy that he was non chalant about finding out from the kitchen if anything was wrong. When the meal came, there was extreme amount of garlic and spices in both the chicken, and tomatos. As they had used bruschetta tomatos, as the manager later said. The chicken also had a strong garlic flavour. The meal was returned, and they brought another one out also containing garlic. When the allergy is as severe as this is, restaurants should be more careful about the foods. Had this been a peanut allergy they would have gone to great lengths to make sure things had been done differently. Other times my kids have visited kelsy's and had no problem, when served with different waiters, since they do not have the same allergy.
