I am a person who is unavailable to get to this Burger King location , so to please eager children who want Burger King as a treat, I order over the phone and have a delivery company pick up the order. The last 3 of 4 orders have had major screw ups. Upon phoning management who realized the errors they made ,and these orders were done at times when business was slow,because I said if they were busy I would call back so no mistakes should be made, the management did nothing at all . Just rude!
Place is supposed to be open until 1am - closed at 12:45am because, as the manager said, "Our cash register has reached capacity" - I have no idea what that means. Worst excuse ever! Dumbest excuse ever!
Easly the longest ive ever waited for fast food. Started off in the drive thru after 10 min of not moving we backed out and went in. Though there were only 2 other customers ahead of us it took another 10 min to take our order and approx another 15 to get our food.
