Went to get winter jacket to get clean and zipper replaced said it would be ready by Friday. Went Friday the zipper wasnt replaced asked for a double zipper and to be same color of coat. He told us it would be ready by Wednesday. Went to pick up and the zipper was a single zipper and it was black. Will not go back again.

Noticed this place as i was going to another Taylors that was farther away... this place was much closer to where I live ... i had an immediate shoe repair that was done within the hour .. i had also had a hoody and a pair of pants that needed new zippers... the zippers are definitely going to outlast the garments ..the gentleman the helped me out and im assuming did the work was kind and professional

This guy is a god damn nightmare. He will keep your money give quotes then double the price when your product is shipped out then only offer credit instead of refund. Like I would ever go here again.

2 stars only for the dry cleaning as they send this out to be done anyway. However when it comes to tailoring do not go here for find tailoring they don't know how to do that you'll just have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed again they're change room is atrocious. In the winter it's full of ice and snow and mud and you're supposed to try clothes on for sizing and that never again. Also try to pick up some dry cleaning on Wednesday at 11:45 AM and the door was locked.

Terrible experience! I do not know how they are in business'. They destroyed a pair of my shoes and refuse to reimburse me. Now they claim it's my fault for leaving them there for over 30 days except I left them there because they told me they were going to fix them and call me when they were fixed. That was 3 weeks ago. Now they claim that they don't have the shoes , they don't remember me and the guy actually plugged his ears and walked away. Do not trust their service!!

It was the worst ...

It was the worst experience!! I had a duvet from china and I sent it to oxford cleaners Oshawa to be cleaned and they destroy it and give it back in a garbage bag .the owner name ROBIN he told me to buy a new duvet and he would pay for it,the cost was $165.00, we met and he handed me $70.00 and told my that all he had. PLEASE DO NOT USE OXFORD CLEANERS Dennis
