    Lyall was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He took the time to walk me through every aspect of the home inspection process while explaining everything in terms that I could understand. No short-cuts taken, Lyall examined the whole house top to bottom and generate a very accurate and detailed report of the current state of the house. I was very pleased with his services as he gave me piece of mind that I was purchasing a great home.

    ONLY USE THIS COMPANY!! Lyall Coburn of Advanced Home Inspections put me and my wife at ease. He was knowledgeable, informative, and gave me and my wife all the information we needed about what we could expect regarding our future home. He was amazingly accommodating with our busy schedule and obviously takes his job very seriously. He examined and inspected every inch of the home and left no questions or concerns unanswered. His reasonable prices were a bonus! He truly cares about you.
