    Friendly!

    I don't normally write reviews but the staff and service was amazing! They helped me get everything i needed to get my kayak on my small car. We went through all my options and showed me how everything worked. I couldn't recommend them any more. I will see these guys soon to get my skis set up. Thanks!

    The behaviour by...

    The behaviour by the manager/owner has caused us considerable inconvenience and distress. He flatly denied a number of details of the poor service we received, denied having left me a phone message to the contrary (which I kept), and was belligerent to us when we returned not one, but two defective products. There's no need to be antagonistic, especially after a series of mix ups on the part of the business, staff and manufacturers.
