We purchased Pale Ale laminate wood flooring for our living room, dining room and hallway, Capri Basalt vinyl tile flooring for our front entrance and an area rug for the living room. Dustin Tellier, Floor Expert was a huge help in picking the right colours and designs for our home. Ian Joly and his crew of installers from Superior Flooring did an excellent job of laying the laminate, vinyl tiles and quarter-round. We couldn't be happier with the final results. i recently found myself in a last minute challenge to have carpet installed in a stairwell of my home. I contacted end of the Roll on Bentley avenue in Nepean and explained my dilemma over the phone: carpet needs to be installed within 24 hours. Dustin was able to have an installer come in the next morning and the stairs look amazing. I would recommend end of the Roll in Nepean to anyone....call Dustin.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend End of the Roll Ottawa West (Bentley avenue). We chose a modern look carpet runner for our refinished hardwood stairs and could not be happier thanks to the quality of work done by Alexandre their installer who did a meticulous job. End of the Roll is absolutely terrible - not only do they charge a totally ridiculous amount even for a tiny room, but they NEVER give refunds, even after you've been waiting a MONTH for an installation that should have been done long long ago. On top of that - the manager is a bully and will try to talk you into paying more or convince you that nothing can be done about getting your money back - WHY then do they take a deposit?? They won't tell you all of the costs up front. Do NOT go thereever
