Worst service ever and I can’t fit everything I want too say in 500 words . All I can say is that I you too Dee and Julie for everything they helped with I recommend them to everyone ..but to Imad who put us through hell and back screwed us around for weeks and then refused to come out of his office and finalize or deal with us at all . I WILL NOT RECCOMED THIS STORE TO ANYONE .

I've been taking my Rio to dealerships all across Ottawa for it's service schedule for four years now and this is the worst I've been to. I waited over two hours for a simple oil change. My advisor, Shawn Baldwin, never actually called me up, I had to go up and inquire. The advisor also aggressively pushed multiple repairs at me (wipers, plugs) which the next dealership I took it to said were completely unnecessary.

July 2014 went in to purchase a used 2010 Hyundai SUV. Applied for the car, went through the credit process and was approved for the car. Received a voice mail to call the rep back so I did and he never responded to me for 2 weeks. I called talked to management they said he was terminated and they would review and call me back. Once again a week went by with no call back and when I stopped in I saw the car I purchased was sold. To make it worse they checked my credit 6 ( SIX) times in a day and
