They are the worst customer service one can get. I had to drive from Arnprior, to & fro, 161 km for a package in Ottawa, they told me to pick it up but they could not find it when I got there. We are still waiting for it after one weak. Never again!!!!
Same as what anyone else said, Purolator is terrible they lied and said they tried to attempt a delivery. Not possible. I was in my front yard the whole time.
Then they tried to change the story to say the package was too big and couldn’t deliver... which is it then? A pair of pants for a skinny woman and a child’s dress? Too big? What’s going on Purolator you guys have gone way down hill
Said delivery attempt was made and was missed. This was not possible, was home when the attempt was made. Did not use doorbell or knock on door. No note on door saying delivery was missed. Tried calling, was left on hold for over an hour no one answered. Will never use Purolator ever again, surprised they are still in business.
The absolute worse!!! Made up a story that the front door is not accessible which it is and then wrong address.. after repeated complaint still did not deliver after 4 days having it... also all the notes on my tracking where all lies and fiction The numerous delivery noted were outright lies as I was waiting for the package. I receive several packages a week and never had an issue... my neighbor had the same problem... shameful to call themselves a delivery service... they don’t care about you
