    Not a true Rogers store do not be fooled. Tried to upgrade my phone I am a 25 year customer of rogers and they told me they had to put a 24 hr hold on phone due to fraud!! I had proof of ID etc. I will be going with another provider now as this is ridiculous !

    the people there are rude. I bought a modem and went to return it at the same store they wouldnt take it back because it did not cancel the service. Seems flawed I cannot cancel by returning where I bought the service. I was asked to leave the store and told there is over a 3 hour wait time on the phone to cancel. Tis the season from rogers..NOT!
