Drove through the drive-thru and was in line waiting to be served and no one was asking for my order. The line on the other side of our line of cars had three cars go through before I got attention by leaning on my horn. Last visit to this location.
Refused to give ice water to my 4 year old and pregnant wife
Just into McDonalds drive thru here in owensound and I was very disappointed when I asked to speak to management because of the fact they refused to sell me 2 large ice waters, 1 for my 4 yrld son and 1 for my 8 1/2 month pregnant wife on a +26 degree day today. But they did offer to sell me a large cup with water in it for $3.50 even tho it's $1.00 drinks in the summer!! Absolutely furious at this location ended up having to get water somewhere else. Do not go here if you want good service.
We were just at the McDonald's in Owen sound. We ordered kids meals after a long day and used going to McDonald's as a treat for our children, tired and hungry we zipped through the drive through and finally reached home to find that the children's cheeseburgers had salt and pepper poured on each one!!! Meals ruined!! No more was that avoiding the dishes and supper I'm now cooking when the whole point was to make the night fun and easy. Then I now have spent almost an hour trying to find and get a hold of the restaraunt. No one answers!!! And Owen sound isn't even listed!! This is absolutely unacceptable!! How do I know it's only salt and pepper? If there's nobody watching or controlling what's happening to the food, and no one answering the phone then I can't even stop the catastrophe for other parents!!! I'm extremely mad!
