Fido - CLOSED

Raj was the sales person who sold me a $50 phone plan because I was bringing my own phone. Then I get my first bill and its $55 because I dont qualify for the promotion (according to Fido reps I called). He had made a ton of errors, including entering my birthdate wrong so I could not even verify my own account. I spent close to 3 hours on the phone with customer support.
