    My mother in la...

    My mother in law had plumbing medic do high pressure wash of all there drains this is how I found plumbing medic. My experience with the plumbing mecid was of complete satisfaction. Had them do a customized bath room at my cottage. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. Pricing was spot on, I did order alot of high end components/fixtures with them. Want high end, it costs high end. What amazed me the most was the high end finish that they did. Adds a whole new feeling to walking in the bathroom. I would and have hired plumbing medic for any inconveniences in the plumbing field.     Nightmare experience

    My tenant contacted this contractor to provide a quote for replacement of a septic pump. Unlike the other contractors, he asked for a $100.00 fee to visit the site. My wife paid the fee. He then visited the site and quoted us $2000.00 for the work. We already had two quotes below $1000.00 so we declined his services. He then telephoned my wife and told her she had to pay an additional $500.00 for his time. She continued to decline his services. Then, he had the unmitigated nerve to reduce his price to $1000.00 at which time I thanked him for his time and asked him to leave my property. This is where it got nasty. He became enraged and started verbally abusing me with racial slurs and threatening me. This is absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with ANY contractor. Read the other reviews and learn from our horrible experiences and stay away from this contractor.

    Excellent service

    Guys where great very polite tidy and professional Gave me an upfront price and we ran into some problems with my drain. The scope of work changed and the repriced the job. Left the site tidy and used drop sheets just like there video. Even the owner came out to inspect the job.

    High Rates and Overcharged

    I used this company twice. The second time I called them back to fix an issue on an item they "fixed" previously and they charged me nearly double the price that was quoted. I was told I HAD to pay the amount and then speak to the manager for a refund or else the plumber would / could not leave my house - so I paid the amount. I called the manager as soon as the plumber left and the manager promised me that he would mail me a refund however it has been months and he has not refunded my money nor has he returned any of my phone calls. They admittedly overcharged me, promised me a refund then I never heard from them again.
