Best workout ever! Best studio ever!
I love going there for my workouts! It is tough workout but you can do it at your own pace and the instructors are always so helpful and are always making sure you are doing it the right way.
The environment is awesome and the studio is super clean!

Not only is ILKB Pickering good for physical health but mental health too! Its a workout where you dont have to think, you just have to show up, follow along and do your best and you feel better right after your first class! I love the energy. As soon as you walk in, it perks you up and puts you in a better mood so you feel great both physically and mentally. Id recommend it to anyone looking for something to boost their mood as well as their fitness
