I purchased a machine online for $1,100. I paid with Visa through PayPal. The owner said we dont. The owner said we dont accept PayPal too expensive so he told me call PayPal and get your money back and send us an e-transfer. It took me half a day to get my money situation resolved with PayPal and deposited into my bank 5 days later. Not a good way to do business I would recommend having another payment method setup as a new transfer is not good enough when your purchasing large items.

I order Jack cover stitch machine last Nov.2018 and send $1000.00 as a down payment. He told me before Christmas i will receive the machine but until now I am still waiting. last week I phone, the wife answered and she told that wait until next week because his husband will arrive Monday from vacation. I phoned 5X today Jan.31 2019 and no body answered. Now I want to cancel my order and I want my money back.
