Joined this company for almost 7 years. Feel like family. office staff, leader, guides are all very nice and professional. they might be $100 or $200 more than other companies. but they provide better hotels (most of them are 5*), better meals. I wish could join them again after this pandemic!!

Just returned from Portugal/Spain with GoGoTours amidst the riot at Barcelona. A great disappointment with the company and our tour leader. They value money more than safety, having no risk management skills at all. When questioned, the company owner claimed that they already paid for the food and couldn't make any changes and that the tour leader even risked his own life taking 43 of us walking out to dinner. What about group members' lives? To us, GoGoTours has a different set of value system.

My husband and I have joined GoGo Tours since 2015. We are happy with their professional service and reasonable price. The hotels and food they provided were beyond our expectation. We feel safe during our trip with their arrangement and care. That’s why we saw so many return customers. I am surprise to see nasty comments about them. I understand that there are different personalities in each trip. It’s difficult to meet everyone’s demand due to availabilities & cultural difference.

We are a group of seasoned travellers. We have private tours and trips with various travel operators (such as CAA, Trafalgar, Gate 1, Cosmo etc.) until we found GogoTours in 2015. Since then we have travelled with them for 12 times already and have booked 4 more in the coming year. As compared to other companies, we found Gogotours gave us the most value of our money - excellent trip arrangements, outstanding routing, unforgettable good food/hotels, and memorable travel experiences. We have nothing but praises for GoGo Tours of Richmond Hill, Ontario! From the 5 tours I had with them, I could tell GoGo spared no efforts to satisfy its customers. Hotels, foods, tour guides were all excellent. You will get great value for your money. I highly recommend GoGo Tours!

My wife and I have 10 trips with Go Go Tours. We have three more trips coming up this year and one in April 2020. All are with them. It is all because of the caring service they provide. We always get an answer from them in a timely manner. The meals and hotel accommodations they arrange are above our expectations. Their fees are reasonable and are clearly listed in their itinerary. We have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them to our friends

Best tour company I joined ever. All inclusive, good meals, good hotels. Leo and Terry always look after the customers needs. No surprise for any extra charges. Well organized tours.

Very good hotels and delicious meals with no Chinese restaurant. Really a lot to see with the itinerary by GOGO Tours. Therefore we choose to join them though living in Hong Kong.

Most of their tours are fully booked 9 months to 1 year ahead of time. There must be sufficient supporting happy customers around.

This is the worst tour and the tour operator Terry is rude and dishonest, playing tricks and treated their customers badly. Many customers are so unhappy with them and will NEVER go back. Definitely the worst you can find in Toronto.

Disappointed about their attitude,shows not care about client's feedback. Supply bad quality receiver that we are suffer from the loss of understanding about the countries' history /culture. Don't trust their advertising that they are not guaranteed. Sirloin steak stipulated on the advertising never provided. Arrangement was not good, 47 people standing outside the restaurant more than 1/2 hour and end up the reservation was being cancelled. At last we were rushed to have meal somewhere else.
