Moaveni Law Office

I rarely write reviews but thought this could save other people the trouble of dealing with this lawyer. She mishandled my uncontested divorce and dragged it by an additional year. While she had clearly ignored the case, when asked why she started laying and misrepresenting the facts. She is not even worried to put those lies in writing thanks to the broken family legal system in this country. AVOID at all costs until she leaves this line of work.

Disappointing service

Their rates are extremely surprisingly high (more than twice of any other law firm that I dealt with). Most of staff that we dealt with- including Moaveni herself- are very rude, unprofessional and impatient. If you get to an issue, you cannot find Moaveni's contact info (e-mail or phone) anywhere. The first appointment I could get was two weeks after my request which was canceled half an hour before meeting. She called me after and was angry that my issue was not important enough for her time!

Avoid this Firm! Elham Moaveni is worse lawyer you could have! our family went through some challenges with closing and this lady made everything worse! was rude, threatened us, told us we would loose everything! these things are not what you want to hear from a lawyer who you are paying to get your job done! AVOID AVOID! I dont want anyone to go through the same thing that my family went through!
