NRG began as a family run company, mainly manufacturing retrofit replacement air conditioners and new construction packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC’s) as well.     Nightmare since I purchased PTAC units from them. Poor technical knowledge or lies to customer, every second day or so some problem comming up since installed by tree own techs.Installed on Oct. 11, 2018.
