Chef/Owner Paresh Thakkar opened the restaurant in September of 2011. He had previously worked at Paddy Flaherty's, Fanshawe College, Lola's Lounge, Bertoldi's Trattoria, The Trough Dining Co., along with providing cooking classes at Loblaws, The LCBO and The Cheese Store. This location provides a place for Paresh to create and innovate, trying new flavour combinations with daily specials which include soup, salad and dips. In addition to the regular menu, Personal Touch provides a unique catering service in which all menu's are customized.     Paresh comes up with creative dishes and his service is amazing. Our guests are still yalking about the meal he prepared for our event, and it has been months!
