    I had the worst experience, their agent made a mistake in my account and when I called to fix it they hanged up on me and told me you have to come to store which is really far to me They didn't even listen to what I said

    Had good and bad experiences here. When I first bought my iphone the lady that was handling the set up was very unprofessional, and treated the new phone like it was hers, touching and leaning on the box. Went in again today to transfer my moms phone to my old iphone and Andy the associate was very courteous and professional, did everything that had to be done. Thanks Andy
