    We had some chandeliers which had not been cleaned in years; these guys came in and cleaned them - it was a 15 hour job, and they did it well! But the next year when we brought them back, they charged us the same amount, even though this time the job only took 6 hours! They spread the 6 hours out over 2 days - meaning 2 trips back and forth - and when we got the bill, nearly half the charges were for their travel time! Very frustrating.
