Big Tuna Asian Cuisine

Ordered pickup ..had to wait because it wasn’t ready at the time they promised.I got home and we were missing the sweet sour sauce. Phoned to complain, got put on hold then were brushed off..no offer to deliver the sauce or add something to the next meal. There are plenty of places to eat... they lost our business and our respect.

Service is poor. Whats worse is that we did not receive half the things we ordered. Then it seemed like they were just waiting for us to leave. This is the 3rd time we have gone and its been the same thing the last two times will not go back. Price is to high if Im not going to get what I order. We are a family of 5 so are bill is always $150 or more and not no get what is ordered is not excepatable

This place is amazing!! Service was great, it’s clean, beautiful interior and the food was delicious!! Prices are also fantastic for all you can eat!!

I do not recommend. Bad service, very rude servers who ignore the customers. No one picks up dirty plates, we were there for 3 hours because the food took so long, and servers hardly came to the tables. When we got the bills they messed it up and tried to charge us for 3 extra people. This problem was not dealt with properly, we waited for an hour with no solution and with no manager or anyone in charge. The waitress was screaming at us and threatened to call the police.
