I took my G test and it was extremely bad experience. Very rude and unfriendly examiner. She yelled at me while driving make me more anxiety and stessful. Of course she failed me. After this exam I have a trauma and worry driving on a highway. Terrible experience and if you can avoid this place.

The woman who took my exam was a young thin blonde woman. She showed me her nervous and unhappy demeanor from the very beginning. English is not my native language and sometimes I can understand when spoken slowly. When I said please repeat the question again, he snapped me and said 'ohh my god' in the sense that we are dealing with people like you and lowered my motivation with hand gestures. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR ANYONE TO HAVE to wait 4 hours standing in a parking lot to upgrade a licence. Whoever runs this dysfunctional business should be ashamed of themselves plus the employees are deplorable and rude.....stay away from this location..drive anywhere else stay away as it will ruin your day let alone waste it. Covid has nothing to do with it either ..this place was this way long before covid hit..still using it as an excuse.Just a disgusting operation.

They cancelled my test twice while i was there because they were understaffed I got cancellation email in my car 10 minutes before my test time. today this tall blond girl took my test . she was horrible kept yelling as if i was someone who couldn't understand the language. there is something really wrong with her she was literally rolling her eyes at me like some teenager. Very immature.when i told her not to talk to me like that she got angry slammed my car door

Not at all impressed I waited over five hours just to upgrade my license to an air break endorsement and I still didn’t get the job done they told me that they would call me later and I had to leave empty-handed the drive set test centre in Saint Catherine’s is garbage and I am not impressed

This outlet is completely dysfunctional. It is understaffed in headcount, competence and attitude. There is a convoluted take-a-number system but there is still a lineup and then people randomly walk up to the wicket and get served. No productivity only chaos. A brilliant scam though to pump tax money through privatization. They wasted over an hour of my life and got nothing.

Absolute worst testing experience ever. Totally understaffed, poor location, bad service, staff keep making my wife have anxiety during the test and fail, poor technology, failed to send email to schedule drive test then cant reach call center. Total disaster.

On A Tuesday at 1:30 there was only one person working the 5 lines available at the drive Center. It took forever for anyone to get called up. This place is painfully understaffed and slow. Niagara Region either needs more people to staff the test Center or open an additional location. Where does the money I pay in taxes go?! This is ridiculous. Not to mention there is absolutely no where to complain.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Due to a mistake on their end my boyfriend could not finish his G test. They reported a issue with the car (not his driving) that was not actually there. He was completely kind and willing to work with them even after he realized their mistake and they completely put the blame on him. I would just advise people to ALWAYS ask. Always check everything yourself! Never just go by their word (this goes for any place but I definitely recommend it for this one)

I passed my G2 test the first time!! Mark was an excellent instructor; the test went very well. I recommend coming to this location :)

Everyone that works there is RUDE! They only take your photo once.... I received my card in the mail and im looking up at the sky! Never mind the fact that they were rude to me while I was filling out my paper work, if you dont like you job dont work there!!!

NEVER book your test or appointment here, they are the most unorganized, pathetic, unprofessional test centre around, take the extra car ride to the next closest place because this place will do anything to make sure you will fail your exams, when you are told your test is at 7:00AM and you are told to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment a competent place of business would make sure they are accessible to the customer, not hide behind a locked door. NEVER book with this centre foranythin

I gave this place a generous one star because that was the lowest rating there was. DO NOT go here for your road test. The staff here are unhappy and not friendly. Yes, the examiners obviously have the right to observe and judge your driving - they are doing their job. But they should do so with respect. We are all human, and a place where staff can give their drivers attitude and yell at them for human mistakes is not a place that I would like to give my business to.

The worse Drive centre in Whole Ontario as I know it or even in Canada!!! I called on their phone around 50 times to change time and date of my "G" drive test but nobody seems pay attention to me. Only two ladies called me back telling me they will let their supervisor know and he will call back and so they didn't do anything to help me with my situation! Not satisfied! Am Taking dirt off at your location!
