    Staff are very friendly and approachable! I have gone to this clinic a few times now and will continue to in future. Excellent service.

    Staff are unbelievably rude! Older staff should know how to treat people. They should be ashamed of themselves. Stood at counter being completely ignored for about 5 min. UNACCEPTABLE. Technician was very matter of fact no personality at all, just do this do that wow only in st. Catharines!
