    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING OF VALUE!!!! Only chose 1 star because 0 isn’t an option! Dropped my wedding gown off early July was told one week, when I went back they said 2-3. 6 weeks later I called and they finally told me they had damaged my dress in cleaning and we’re trying to fix it. We finally got it back last Wednesday and we’re told by the cashier a refund was approved by her manager (a woman) and would be processed. It never was so I called and a gentleman who seemed to be the

    Although it appears Manor Cleaners does a good job cleaning the clothes that is where the service ends. Long waits to both pick up and drop off, higher than average prices and long turnaround to get items back make this a 2 star review. I'm paying for all of the services not just the cleaning, and I'm paying too much in this case because the other elements are substandard.
