    I was referred to Elgin Aluminum so June 9th I called as I needed fascia repair, when the owner came by I also enquired about soffits. He took measurements, said he was very busy but he would get back to me. I called June 23rd/23 said he hadn't had time. Today is July 27th and still no word, still no quote. I guess smaller jobs aren't worth the effort?
