Fickle Pickle

Fabulous breakfast, best in town! Really friendly service. We love the eggs Benedict and the smoked salmon on a bagel for breakfast. For dinner and lunch there is large variety to choose from including pastas to souvlaki. Great new Reno. The service is really friendly and the owner always approaches us with a smile.

The Pickle has been our favourite local breakfast restaurant for years. Great value at $13 for two, full 2 egg, bacon, sausage, tomato, home fries & all the coffee you need. Great 50's greasy spoon atmosphere without the grease! Seats really need some attention. Great waitresses! Even their lunch is good. Best fries. Great Rueben! Better than Greece..Greek salad. Not my taste for dinner.

The Fickle Pickle is a charming, family run resturant. Portions are generous for the value and the service is good. Food arrives in a timely manner and is the appropriate temerature for the dish. We go there monthly and have had consitantly good experiences. I would reccommend any of their greek dishes. Yum!

Very good food and nice sized portions for the price. The Baklava is excellent, even if a tiny bit over priced at $3.95ea. We will deffinately be returning soon.

We went for a small lunch at the fickle pickle and ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with french fries. IT WAS AMAZING! sooooo good. It was prepared in no time and the man who served us was so nice. (george) he refilled our waters all the time and kept asking if everything was to our liking. The wrap was honestly the best sandwich weve ever had in our lives. We're going back tomorrow for lunch and we're ordering the same thing. Also, the fries were FANTASTIC! they were crispy and salty and different from the regular fries that every other restaurant serves. If you go to the fickle pickle, ORDER THIS PLATE! 9.25 for the whole thing. DELICIOUS!

Everything was wonderful--the souvlaki was tender, the tzaziki sauce fresh, and the liver and onions done to perfection. One big surprise was the veggies--we were expecting frozen and the brocolli/carrot/cauliflower mix was fresh and cooked exactly right. The french fries were crispy and VERY tasty. We really loved the hometown feel of the place, too. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

I've eaten at this resturant a number of times. The only thing better then the food here is the service. The service is friendly, prompt, correct (they get your order right), friendly, grill orders aren't a problem and did I mention friendly? The food is very good, always made exactly how you order it, the greek dishes are exceptional and the American/Canadian food is quite good as well. The decor is that of a greek taveran, but you don't go there to look at the walls.
