When I get bad service I let the company know it. When I get good service I let everyone know it. Had my bi-annual Tire swap done and the job was done quickly and right on schedule for one vehicle and quickly and earlier then my scheduled appointment on my second vehicle. Brianna the service counter attendant was both courteous and helpful. All companies need more people like her manning the customer service front lines. Well done guys and girl.
Booked an appointment for 10:30am, came in at 4:30pm. They don’t have a clue if they’re done, 15 minutes later and I find out that they didn’t even start them. What’s the point of booking an appointment when they’re just going to install them when I walk through the door.
What was a terrible Friday afternoon somewhere west of Sturgeon Falls (tire blown - thank goodness for grade 10 auto Stephen!) turned into a delightful Saturday morning at Kal Tire Sudbury. Thank you for your excellent customer service, your quick turnaround and the freebie we got 🙂. If we lived in Sudbury we would definitely be heading your way for tires. I hope your enjoyed your donuts!
Terrible customer service. Ordered tires which did not come in at the expected delivery date as promised. I can understand this but it was the constant lying afterwards about when they would be expected and the phone calls which never came but promised. Dealt with Brad from th Sudbury location. 6 weeks and counting still no tires or date of arrival. I have always done business here but will discontinue to do so in the future.
We are very sorry you didn't receive better service and communication Mike. We also apologize that the Nokian tires you had ordered were put on back order. It's unfortunate we did not do a better job communicating with you and will ask that the management team review this feedback with the entire team. Thank you.

Rescued again by Kal Tire - have just had a starter replaced in my car. For several years I've been purchasing tires at this Webwood location and have always had great service, whether for tires or mechanical. My thanks to all, in particular Clayton as well as Mackenzie both providing exceptional and efficient service again today.
I went to get my two back tires balanced woke up the next day with a flat and a week later had to go back to a different garage because all the weights that Cal tire put on have fallen off.
I will Not go back to this store.
Kal tire is my favourite tire store! Mackenzie is so customer focused, service with a big smile, greets you by name and makes your visit enjoyable! Thanks to Jordan for an excellent job changing my tires... Enjoy the fresh popcorn and coffee too:)

Poor sales people...
Poor sales people. Poor service. Poor mechanical. Poor wait times. Poor treatment of their employees. Kinda seems like the sales people have decided that you are a dollar figure and are trained to read you a carbon copy sales pitch out of the kal handbook. The guys working in the shop do work really hard though and have an honest opinion if you need it. Would like to see a counter worker torque my tires or check my pressure instead of standing around. Will not return to this location ever again.

Awesome
The service was great. They managed to get me in in there busiest season even though I had no appointment. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up when the vehicle was done. I would highly recommend them for tires or mechanical repairs
Mixed Review - The good and the bad
Bad- Don't pay in advance for your tires during busy season. Only pay after tires are installed and make an appointment. Salesperson hassled me for three weeks for me to get my tires installed. When the salesperson says "we'll try to slip you in" this means we already got your 1200 bucks and we'll service every other paying customer first. Once the tires are mounted and balanced it only takes 10 min to install them, there should be no reason to leave your vehicle there all day. Poor sales representatives and organization.
Good- They do know there tires and the guys in the back will give you an honest opinion whether the tire can be fixed or not. Don't know if the salesperson we'll do the same after my last experience (mentioned above). Seems like their in it for the money.
In conclusion I'm a no hassle paying customer looking for good service. Would not recommend Kal Tire on Webbwood as a first option for buying new tires. General repair I wouldn't think twice.
