Sudbury Auto Glass

I have had several windshields replaced here and i will never go back. On several occasions they have scratched my vehicle when they washed it. It was nice of them to wash it but there not in the business of washing vehicles. When they run the cloth around the wheel well the cloth picks up sand and scratches the surface when they run the cloth back up. One other time they burnt my dashboard by removing the old windshield with a hot rope and it caused burn marks on the dash. I was not impressed.

I have been a client for many years. I refer people to them all the time. Denis & Gilles - great guys.

I went to Sudbury...

I went to Sudbury auto glass today and received horrible customer service. I pulled up to the garage and behind a truck they were working on. The men gave me a look and walked away. I got out to ask where I was suppose to park my van. They were too busy helping put a tonneau cover on a truck and giving free service to a woman getting two doors fixed. They did the job and I paid. As I'm strapping my 8 month old back the lady says "what's this guy doing" and then with attitude they said to me, "are ya gonna leave, we're waiting for you". To which I said "yes in 1 second" to which the worker said "okay, 1". I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are lucky like the woman getting free service, she was told not to tell anyone because then they will all want it.

I am not the type to write a review, but I created an account on here because the service was beyond excellent and I had to share. I needed my windshield replaced and they did a fantastic job, and their prices were very reasonable. Great workmanship and friendly service. I had called a couple of other places before being recommended Sudbury Auto Glass, but those places were almost double the price and I had to deal with their call centers. I highly recommend Sudbury Auto Glass. Thanks again to you and your staff!
