I booked a package for my bf and I for a pedicure and facial. The girls were very nice who did the nails as well as the facial.
The company did not provide gloves to fit the girls properly. There was limited to no supplies, such as scrub. The products are either calgone or walmart brand. The polish I chose was sticky and old. My nails have half polish on them, and they are jagged and slanted.
The facial was very odd, the girls did their job, but i just think they need more training. Dissappoin
I came here twice, for a French shellac manicure. With the first one, it was bad because the white line was uneven and the top coat wasn't evenly distributed. I called in a week later to get it fixed, because it was already peeling and coming off, but the second time was no better than the first. The lines were slanted, had smudges and there were bubbles in the polish. Also, the top coat wasn't even applied to my whole nail! When I looked closer, it wasnt on the sides, parts hadn't been covered.
Kaylee, one of the renting aestheticians at spa euphoria waxed my legs and bikini line, not only with a short notice appointment but with percision and speed. Highly recommend booking with her. Very personable and easy to relate to. Thanks so much.
I went there for an eyebrow wax and the Staff who did mine was a complete nightmare. I had a superficial first degree burn (from waxing) on my glabella region (between eyebrows). It was awful as it took 10 days to heal. I had to put lots of concealer so I can attend the wedding. It was not an isolated case as I had another colleague to had the same experience from their eyebrow waxing. It was very awful. I would definitely NOT recommend getting your eyebrow-waxing there.
I recently attended Spa Euphoria with a couple of friends for pedicures and found it be a plesant surprise. The staff were friendly and accomadating and we all really enjoyed the experience. The spa appeared clean and comforable and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. We all agreed that we would go back and try some of their other services.

Horrible experience
When I first walked in I noticed how dirty everything was. Getting gel nails, the brushes looked like they hadn't been cleaned, the tools she used were old and appeared not too clean. The girl that did them didn't seem to be too experienced. she applied glitter and then said she forgot to file them down smooth so she then filed off the glitter! A week later the gel nails began lifting off and the tips were falling off. Very bad quality and service. i will never go back again. Coincidentally, someone else told me that hers did the same thing from there!
I do apologize for the experience you had while visiting the spa but I assure you that all of our equipment and implements are disinfected and steralized for a half hour after every use. You can check with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit. We have a huge clientele here at the spa that absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff that work here. It is because of our amazing clients that support our spa that we are able to be expanding this spring. I guess one bad review out of thousands isn't that bad! Our two nail technicians that we have working here now are both very talented ladies and are both booked everyday all day due to the quality of their work.
