    We recently purchased a replacement unit for the unworking central vac unit in our house. Dan was absolutely amazing in helping me to understand the unit and provided me with EVERYTHING I needed to install the new vac. The vac has an excellent warranty and is powerful beyond belief. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND St.Paul Electric for any vacuum cleaner repairs, services or purchases!! They are fantastic!!!

    I took in my old ...

    I took in my old vacuum cleaner and they were actually able to repair it and it works better than it has in a long time. The gentleman I dealt with was really friendly and patient with all my questions. It's good to see that kind of service still exists.

    I call this guy t...

    I call this guy to get a price on a Kirby vacuum and he quotes me $600.00 and I tell him that is too expensive. I was looking to pay around $200-$300.00 considering that it is a refurbished vacuum. He starts laughing obnoxiously and hangs up on me. I call back and he hangs up on me again. And finally a third time. I was planning to spend some money at his store and I would have been a repeat customer as I would need to purchase a shampooer and shampoo and maybe another vacuum down the road.

    I'm sorry our first conversation went so badly. There is no excuse for being unprofessional, although I'd like to explain what was going on that day. We've been having a lot of trouble with are phone, internet, and interact lines. That day we were with out the debit machine form 10:30-4:45, and inconvenienced a lot of are customers as well lost a lot of business. When you called it was actually 5:10 and we close at 5pm. I never mind working late or helping a customer. When you mentioned that you were only willing to spend $150 to $200 on a Kirby. I did laugh, but you never let me explain why I found it so funny. When we refurbish a Kirby, we put a new impeller ($39.95), new brush roll ($49.95), new bag hose ($19.95), new belt ($3.95), plus clean the armature, oil the bearings, and service the rest of the machine ($49.95), with a two year warranty. So I do apologize, and I hope you understand were I was coming from.
