The restaurant is called Alton Chinese Rest...
The restaurant is called Alton Chinese Rest. The food menu is fast-food types mostly. If you speak english they don't give your their promotion menu to choose from. Restaurant carpet need cleaning or replace. For a fast-food types tipping is not worth visiting again.
