I called ahead and asked the price for removal of a loose front tooth (from bone loss). I specifically noted that I didn't want X-rays, consultations, reviews, etc (I have been burned by other dentists who add a bunch of extras AFTER they get you tied into the chair...) I was quoted $145, a comparable price. I was charged $172. The extra charge..? Well, Doctor George Oszoli "examined" the other teeth. I guess looking at what else is in your mouth (teeth?) means there was an "examination"!
