The good - fish was nicely chosen, none of that mushy/grainy stuff from the cheapo places. Service was fast for the take out order we placed. The bad - maybe just an off day, but the rice was still warm when the Nigiri and Maki were made, leading to slightly cooked fish near the edges. potential problem with raw foods in the mix

I am hip to sushi
My girlfriend (aged 21) and me went here recently and we had sushi.She is very into sushi like crazy and me too now. So of course I am now into this asian cuisine. The Sushi rolls were a new experience for me (I recommend the Italian and the Jalapeno). It was good to see someone fusing lots of different tastes and styles together from around the world. Ichiban was a really sound place, they recommended dishes and he also explained how he put them together. Like I say, I cannot recommend this place highly enough! My woman was impessed by my sense of adventure

A lot of flavors are served. We like them all, especially for curry and pepper. You can not miss them. The appetizers are also delicious...
