Tax man said he wld call me in 3 days for tax return, 8 days later I went to see them. They did'nt know where my tax slips were. After finding them lady rushed thru doing taxes for me. Charged me 344.00, last year I had the same amount of slips to do and another tax co. charged me 150.00. No apology. No Senior break. Nothing. AC
When I walked in to this location there was a customer at the counter so i sat down..... 20 minutes later, not 1 employee said a word to me, the customer was still at the desk trying to pay but there was a problem with the machine, multiple staff walking around but no one could help at the front desk or acknowleded I was there... Poor customer service! Walked out, wont go back...

Called office to make an appointment, was told I would be called back to do so. no call back.
called in again to make appointment, same day , on hold for over 10 minutes, then finally hung up.they could have taken a minute to make note of an appointment when answering. poor service.
