poor phone service skills

Phoned to inquire on a large amount of coins in my possession. The person answering my call is lacking in the customer service area. Seemed completely uninterested in talking to me.

We have been in business for over 30 years and we buy coin collection all the times. Unfortunately, we do not quote prices for a coin collection on the phone.
