Installed wrong windshield entirely for our car and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Zero warranty and zero admission of their mistake, despite dealership confirming that the error was on their end. Don’t waste your time and money since you’ll have to have it replaced and done right.
NO WARRANTY IN THIS STORE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Had a stone-chip repair here. The job was not done properly. Then he tried to lure me to get a new windshield from the store. When I asked him to come back and fix, he gave me a hell of attitude and yelling his work doesn't include warranty.
Micheal was professional.. they were efficient and effective. Great information and the mobile service option made it so effortless on my part.

I hired this company to replace my windshield on a 2017 BMW X3. They did not install a BMW certified windshield and failed to tell me. Their claim was my insurance company told them to do it but I was never notified. They just installed a different windshield and walked away. I now have to replace the windshield to a BMW certified product. The customer service is non-existent. If you deal with this company make sure you know what they are doing beforehand.
a rip off do not waste your money here, they are unprofessional... done a horrible job at repairing a stone chip then gave me attitude when i called them about it.

The windshield was not installed properly and at the first rain we had a leak which can happen to anyone.
What should not happen is the following ; I called 4 times and everything time I was asked to call back. I was eventually given an appointment for last Saturday 9–1. No one came. Fast and reliable service, thank you for replacing my window after my car was broken into. It is bad enough waking up and realizing somebody broke into your car, so getting the window replaced on site and getting your car clean and vacuum of shattered glass was very appreciated. Very polite and professional installers.
My windshield got a small crack which kept on spreading. My insurance deductible is $500 so I did a search to find out if I can get it replaced for less. I found recommendations for Continental and called them. Paul replaced the windshield on my driveway in 50 minutes. It was only $350+tax. Great service - thanks.
I had the windshield on my 2011 Subaru replaced and they came when they said they would, installed the windshield with a better one than the original hooked up the electrical to make it work and it was all done in my driveway. The only bad thing is they forgot to leave me a bill which they corrected.
I replaced my windshield early November of 2009 and at the time, I had requested for the same molding that was on my car originally but continental mobile windshield upsold me another molding stating that it would prevent any water from seaping into the windshield. Two months ago, the upper portion of the molding began flapping in the wind while I was on HWY 400. I called them immediately and they did not have time to come within the first week and they postponed it to another date. Finally one day while at work, they showed up and fixed the molding and plastered masking tape all over the car's windshield. They did not inform me that I had to remove the tape after 12 hours; and that would have been difficult to do at 3AM in the morning. I attempted to remove the tape the following morning, only to realise that it was completed glue down to the paint of my car. I, then washed the car and scubbed at the tape and nothing changed. After work, the tape had softned up and it was somewhat easier but majority of the tape did not come off. I called to inform them that this had happened. They argued repeatedly that they would not remove the tape from my car. Along sides this issue, Rust had formed due to the improper molding and this is also what had forced the molding to flap in the wind. Please do not use them because they do not guaraantee customer satisfaction as stated on their website and they do not use the proper materials to do the job.
