Dr Ken is an extremely experienced orthopaedic specialist.First of all,Dr Ken has accurate diagnostic capabilities.Dr Ken made a noticeable difference to me with his extensive experience and techniques. My neck and back have been doing a lot of treatment since injury in 2018 with no improvement.a friend introduce me to Dr Ken.the first time i got a noticeable change in my neck, the third time my neck and back pain was gone.It's miracle cure! highly recommened Dr Ken Nakamara!

Typically when I enter any doctor's office I'm used to receptionists who are masters at not making eye contact, have zero time for niceties, and usually bark instead of speak, before sending me to a waiting room for an eternity. This was not the case in your office. Everyone looked me in the eye and was friendly, and my wait was no more than five minutes.

Had an RMT session to treat some minor whiplash I got from a rock climbing fall. Ben Wong was knowledgeable and helpful in giving me advice for recovery, and I am feeling so much better after my neck and shoulder session with him. (Who knew my shoulders could sit this low?!) I slept through the night for the first time in the 2 weeks since my fall. Check in and staff were friendly, fast and efficient. I highly recommend Rebalance for anyone looking for a massage or physio appointment!!!

i have been attending Rebalance for a good number of years and have seen different practitioners in this clinic and I have never been disappointed with the care I have received. Everyone in the clinic is very professional including the front desk. They take the time to get to know you so they can help with your rehab. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I had my first consultation appointment with Laurie Bickerton. She was very professional and knowledgeable. A potentially nerve wracking experience was the exact opposite. Laurie was very kind, caring and gentle. I felt she was really listening to my concerns and genuinely wanted to help. She can highly recommended to be by a friend and I will do the same.

Excellent service from the reception staff to the health practitioners such as physiotherapist Laurie Bickerton and chiropractor Dr. Ken. Still getting treatments from Laurie and she is the best. Has helped me tremendously in dealing with my chronic pain (due to arthritis) and is very perceptive and knowledgeable about my condition. Really appreciates her detailed and easy to understand explanation as she works on my affected areas.

A year of neglect after a car accident... I had whiplash. I tried many different treatments and practitioners. It wasn't until I started seeing Bonnie at Rebalance, that I saw real results. I did not realize that my injury was effecting so many different parts of my body, until Bonnie showed me the exercises to wake up the little muscles that had stopped working. And how to avoid certain exercises, that might undo the work we have been doing. After only 3 apt's, I have seen huge results!

Rebalance Sports Medicine is a superior physio clinic in every way: professional, helpful, very knowledgeable with a focus on helping patients heal with exercise and understanding of their condition. In particular physio Bonnie and pilates instructor Emma are outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Great service and location

I've been going to Rebalance for about 5 weeks now to treat a running / soccer injury. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them. A+

Best Clinic Core Downtown Toronto!!!

Rebalance is the best chiropractic and physiotherapy medical clinic in core downtown Toronto. Everytime i visited the clinic i left satisfied. One of the practitioners was able to treat me for severe shoulder pain, she then referred to me a doctor with suggesting the condition as Gall-Stones (just from a shoulder pain) - which turned out to be true.The receptionists are friendly and try to always accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend this place.

Alishah Merchant is the best physiotherapist that I have experienced. She is very thorough, caring, positive, empathetic and she is takes courses to stay current. Which is extremely important for me, as I have chronic pain from a genetic disease where I will require treatment for the rest of my life. This is a great clinic. I saw the sports doctor Dr Kim at Rebalance and had a great experience. Her assessment was very detailed and it was clear that she was knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and actually seemed to care about my injury. She took the time to explain my injury to me and outlined all my options for treatment. I have been to a few other doctors in the past and they didn't seem to care and just rushed me in and out. I felt so much better after seeing Dr Kim and will be continuing my rehab with the physios at Rebalance.
