    STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH AND THIS BANK! 2 MONTHS AFTER PROVIDING THEM WITH DEATH CERTIFICATES FOR MY PARENTS, THEY CONTINUE TO REFUSE TO CLOSE MY PARENTS VISA ACCOUNT AS IT ACRUES FEES AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. THESE PEOPLE SIMPLY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

    Waste of time. I was treated with terrible customer service and was also lied to when I tried to sign up for a credit card. Did not take their customers seriously. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would not come back to this place.

    THIS BRANCH NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE, ALL EMPLOYEES ARE UNQUALIFIED INCLUDING THE MANAGER. THEY HAVE NO CLUE REGARDING BANKING. doNT EVER AND NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH AND BANK.
