    Extremely bad customer service. One member of staff was extremely rude to me over a dispute I had with postage. Absolute disgraceful attitude. Shoppers Drugmart apologised but the staff member is still there.

    Terrible service at Canada Post Outlet in Shoppers

    I was appalled by the cold, demanding and unfriendly service provided by a Canada Post outlet employee in the Shoppers Drug Mart on May 16, 2011 at approximately 10am. After reprimanding me for not having the appropriate postage on my parcel (which was only being sent to Markham) the clerk scolded me for not addressing the letter appropriately. I can understand someone having a bad day - we all have them!- but this clerk had no concept of customer service. I was so relieved to get out of there! I will never visit them again! What a terrible experience!
