    Dr. Amanda Beaman at York Region CBT treated my OCD and anxiety and I was very impressed with the quality of treatment and her professionalism. CBT is hard work but thanks to Dr Beaman I made steady progress over the course of my therapy and can't thank her enough. I highly recommend York Region CBT.
