I visited this place a few weeks ago for some indian food. I am not a food aficionado, I like diversity in what I eat. the atmosphere was terrible, it did not look like a clean and nice place to me at all. the entire shape of the restaurant was weird. they played west coast cool jazz music when I was sitting there. the waiter was very boring but he was sufficiently attentive. I ordered butter chicken (dinner portion) with an extra rice, and a mango lassi. the quality of food was below average, and the presentation was poor. but with the tips and tax it came down to 25$ which is quite a lot for a student and this food quality. for a better butter chicken: go to food basics and buy a "Kitchens of India" butter chicken powder for 2$, then you need a little chicken and some cream. The basmati rice was OK. the mango lassi was made from sweetened mango puree, un-natural mango juice (made from sugar and artificial flavours) and low quality yoghurt. I won't go to this place again.

Used to be a good place(Delivery)

I used to order from this place all the time, but recently they've been messing up my orders and charging me extra every single time now. When I call them about it they're fine with delivering what they originally didn't send me but the past 4 times I have ordered from this location they've left out numerous things that I've ordered. I just ordered their vindaloo curry dinner, 2 vegetable samosa and 2 pops. All I got was curry, no rice, no samosa and no pop and I was still charged full price for everything. I called them and I'm currently awaiting the rest of my order but I'm definitely not ordering from them anymore. It's just becoming way too much of a hassle. They do have a hot blonde working there though

    A Graduation event

It was our first time trying this restaurant. My daugher just graduated recently and I took her and other family members to celebrate at curry in a hurry since its one or her favourite restaurants. I heard their Butter chicken is great, and in fact it is the best Butter chicken I've ever had. We ordered a variety of dishes: vegetable samosas, Hummus, garlic nan, Aloo gobi, chicken jalfrazi and few other dishes. I must say the food was excellent, the service was great, very attentive servers they have their. The staff were so friendly, and accomodating. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm. I highly recomend this place.

    It's microwave food.

I can't understand why anyone would go to this restaurant when Kismet, Kohinoor, Masala Bay, Vijay's, Classic Indian, and Empress of India all exist in the same city. In fact, even if they didn't exist and if I was REALLY craving indian food it would be a better option to buy frozen indian dinners from a grocery store. You'd get comparable results for significantly cheaper. There is a lack of use of spices or understanding of what constitutes as indian food. Their naan bread is a joke - one shouldn't be allowed to pass it off as naan bread. The food lacks the unique blend of flavour that indian food normally has. I am not even comparing their food to the places found in Brampton, Mississauga, or Toronto. Just within the city - they fail miserably. So much so that this place shouldn't be classified as Indian. It's not Indian food.

The food here was pretty good. I am not that big of an Indian food lover, but my partner and I wanted to try something different. I wasn't disappointed by the staff or the food- it was 'okay', overall.
